What a delightful place! Large comfy areas to sit around, chat, read and feel the calm and genuine atmosphere. It feels like home. The baristas have a fabulous sense of humor and always welcoming. The food is clean with vegan options too. Extremely clean and well kept. This is my favorite haunt. I buy my coffee beans from there and they grind it for me with a ready smile. Go and enjoy this friendly place.

Their spanish latte is so good! In the future I’d get it a little less sweet. To be honest, I think this coffee shop is a little on the pricier side. But overall the service and vibes are great This place is probably one of my favorite places to study and hangout. There are plenty of seats and charging spots.

Remember when a cafe had really good coffee at a fair price with a great ambience? Guess what: it still exists. This is a well run place. Medium and dark roasts were Italian style (sorry, Starbucks lovers, this coffee is not burned.) Both are expertly roasted and prepared - lots of caramel, hints of fruit and chocolate. And no skimping on the strength of the coffee. They also understand what a Cortado and a flat white are. I was happy with both. I’d sum it up by saying come visit when you want more than what your chain store is delivering.

Came here today for the hot chocolate festival and got the hazelnut praline hot chocolate. It was as good as it looked and the beignet was fresh and tasty. The barista made my drink with regular milk at first, but upon seeing that I had requested oat milk, he kindly re-made it and asked if I had a dietary restriction. The nice lady at cash was pleasant and attentive as well. I really enjoy coming to this location as it is large and spacious and the service is always friendly.

I loved the atmosphere there! It’s spacious and relaxing, air quality is pretty good (which is my top priority when it comes to a cafe as I usually spend time doing some work). Barista was friendly which made me feel comfortable and welcomed

Gorgeous Italian bakery with a very good ambience and decor. The hot chocolate was outstanding and so was the lemon loaf. The sink in the washroom was really gorgeous and had a rustic old world charm.

Back here after a 2 year stint. Glad to see they are still busy. A staple Italian cafe in the Burnaby Heights area. A lot of regulars during the mornings. Super friendly service as always. Fresh sandwiches and fresh coffee.

This is my second favorite cafe after Nemesis. The decor is chic, the staff are friendly, coffee is pretty good and the pastries and bread are delicious. The barista is good with latte art. My friend got a swan in his mocha which was absolutely gorgeous. Sadly I forgot to take a picture.
